Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please note! Your Forum Username and Password are NOT REQUIRED to submit or check the status of a ticket. Your Forum Username and Password are not valid in the ticket system and will not work!
If you require a replacement key, it may take up to 24 hours to generate. All other requests and questions we attempt to answer within two hours. We understand they your show is important to you, but please keep in mind, when your show is counting down to start, so are ours, so we may be busy!
